The aim of this paper is reducing recovery time of a failed component in a distributed storage system, hence, increasing availability of the entire cloud infrastructure. We will present a work in progress related to Model-Based Design of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPSs) in the context of the Horizon2020 INTO-CPS project. The presentation highlights usage of the INTO-CPS UML profile, that extends SysML to enable defining co-simulations over Functional Mockup Interface (FMI) in the INTO-CPS platform.
